We offer a free initial consultation to ensure our services align with your needs. We encourage you to take advantage of this consultation before committing to any paid engagement.

3. Monthly Subscription Services

3.1 Cancellation

For monthly subscription-based services:

  • Cancellation Notice: You must provide at least one calendar month's written notice to cancel your subscription. Notice must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through your account settings.
  • Notice Period Example: If you submit cancellation notice on January 15th, your cancellation will take effect on February 28th (or February 29th in a leap year), and you will be billed for both January and February.
  • Access After Cancellation: During the notice period, you will continue to have full access to the Service and will be billed for the notice period month(s).
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or for the notice period. All fees paid during the notice period are non-refundable.
  • Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the calendar month following your notice period, and you will not be billed after that date.

3.2 Non-Use of Services

Refunds will not be provided for periods during which you did not use the Service but maintained an active subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use our services.

4. Annual Subscription Services

For annual subscription-based services:

  • Refund Window: A refund may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date, provided that no substantial work has been delivered or services rendered.
  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel your annual subscription, you must provide at least one calendar month's written notice via email to [email protected].
  • Access After Cancellation: You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your paid annual period. The subscription will not auto-renew after the notice period expires.
  • Prorated Refunds: After the initial 30-day period, refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of your annual subscription, regardless of when you provide cancellation notice.

5. Custom and Enterprise Engagements

5.1 Custom Service Agreements

For custom engagements, enterprise plans, and project-based work:

  • Refund terms will be specified in your individual service agreement or statement of work (SOW)
